Set up a comfortable workspace

You should not be working in bed or in the couch. It can lead to backpain or any muscle strains. Prepare a little space for your workspace and also prepare a comfortable chair.

Do schedule breaks

Taking a break can help eliminate burnout and stress in your work. Let your brain and body relax. You should practice 25-5, every 25 minutes of work, there are allocated 5 minutes intended for your breaks.

Prepare a healthy meal

When you are working from home you have more time to prepare your meals. Use this to prepare a healthy meal for yourself so that you will have enough energy to do everything.

Get showered

Almost all working from home have a hard time taking a bath due to hectic time schedules. Taking a bath early in the morning helps you elevate your mood and makes you more awake.

Have enough sleep

Getting enough sleep isn’t only about total hours of sleep. It’s also important on getting a good quality sleep on a regular schedule so you feel rested when you wake up. Having enough sleep has a lot of benefits such as not getting sick more often, staying at a healthy weight, lowering your risk for serious health problems, like diabetes and heart disease, reducing stress, and improving your mood, which can make you think clearly and do better at work.

Don’t do too much overtime

Working long hours can have a serious effect on your physical and mental health. You will be prone to stress, fatigue, and may even end up with being less productive in the long run. You can set your task for a specific time frame so that you will not end up getting overtime. Remember, health is wealth.

Exercise

Before you start to work, spare some time for a 15 minutes exercise. Exercise combats health conditions and disease. You will just need a guide for what type of exercise you want to achieve or you can also try Zumba.
