  • Make a checklist for your possible clients. Don’t rush. Take time to understand the client’s needs and as much as possible ready your skills. Ask some experts that will help you to find/identify what clients you want to work with. Just don't focus on the clients, you may include studying market needs and industry that you want to enter.

Be professional and responsible

  • Of course, you have a client already make sure that all tasks are completed on/before the deadline. Update him/her daily basis what happens to the project. Prepare an action plan for any problem that arises. Be responsible in your decision-making and make sure that it will work efficiently.

Build trust to your client

  • When your client trusts you, they will remain calm when a problem occurs because he/she is confident that you can handle it all. Communication is the key. Respect each other's opinions and align the goals properly. Don't hesitate to share your ideas and strategies with the clients. Not just trust you need to build, you also need to build a connection. A connection to each other that your goals and you will reach the expected output or success of a project/task.

  • This is the main aim of all of us as employees whether or not we work from home. Keeping customers satisfied contributes to our belief that we have done our best. It is a sensation of vise-versa or let's claim it's a win-win approach. This the time that all your hard work will pay off. Just keep studying and find out more about the skills and needs of the client.
